Beginner Course AIDA 2 Pool
The AIDA 2 Pool freediving beginner course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn freediving.During the course, you will practice breath-holding and dynamic (distance) diving and learn the basics of safety diving.
The minimum requirements are 18 years of age and the ability to swim 200 meters.If you want to start freediving or have a background in water sports, you can join the AIDA 2 course directly — no previous diving experience is needed.The course provides an introduction to the basic knowledge and skills of freediving. You will get to try breath-holding and dynamic diving, and you will also learn the theoretical foundations for safe depth diving.After completing the course, you can continue to the AIDA 2 Open Water course, where you learn to dive to depths of 10–20 meters.
