INSTRUCTIONS

1.

You can begin practicing breath-holding at the surface immediately, but read the entire book thoroughly before you start training underwater. Underwater exercises are in the book.

The training program is exclusively for those who have read the book "Breath-Holding and Freediving – Basics for Beginners." By completing the training program, you confirm that you have read. ORDER THE BOOK >>

2.

You can complete the training program by following the instructions in the book or by using the videos as assistance. The training videos include instructions, timers, and sound cues. Once you have learned the sound cues, they make it easy to perform the exercises comfortably with your eyes closed. You can also incorporate chest stretches into your daily training.

3.

After each training session, record how the training felt. The online training program differs slightly from the one in the book. However, you can still use the book's reporting pages.

By recording your sensations and observations, you learn to better focus your attention on your body's “raw data” and notice the thoughts that arise from it. It is important to articulate your feelings and either write them down or speak them aloud.

Practice the exercises regularly for four weeks and observe how they affect you. Do you notice any changes in your sleep quality, relaxation, mood, or overall well-being?

Consult your doctor before starting the training program.

By using the program, you agree to the terms of use and that you train at your own risk. The minimum age for the training program is 18 years.
